Simran is a Sikh religious application designed to connect Sangat with Pathi Singh and provide Gurbani Path services for spiritual purposes.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user information.

Simran App may collect the following information only when voluntarily provided by users:

Pathi Singh Profile Information:

• Name

• Phone number

• Village and City

• UPI ID

• Profile images

Booking Information:

• Path booking details

• Ardaas text submitted by Sangat

• Booking status and assignment information

This information is stored securely using Firebase services.

2. How We Use Information

The collected information is used only to:

• Assign Path bookings to Pathi Singh

• Display Pathi profile information within the app

• Enable payment between Sangat and Pathi Singh

• Maintain booking records

We do not use this information for advertising or marketing.

3. Payment Information

Simran App does not process, collect, or store any payments.

All payments are made directly between Sangat and Pathi Singh using external payment apps such as UPI.

Simran App is not a financial intermediary.

4. Data Storage and Security

User data is stored securely using Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Storage.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Data is only used for app functionality.

We do not use advertising networks or analytics tools.

6. Children’s Privacy

Simran App is safe for users of all ages.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under age 13.

7. Platform Role Disclaimer

Simran App acts only as a platform connecting Sangat and Pathi Singh.

Simran App does not guarantee services or handle payments.

All interactions occur directly between users.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updates will be posted within the app or official channels.
